We are in the process of developing a series of short courses that encourage the conversation between body and soul; physical and spiritual realms.

Encouraging self-awareness, self-acceptance and discernment, these courses will guide and facilitate self-discovery—health and wellbeing on every level; release and restoration, opening the space between body & soul.
